Crystal Kung started to draw when she was a child. She was born in Xi’an, China, but was raised in Taipei, Taiwan, where she moved at the age of five. As a young girl, Crystal enjoyed reading art books. During the high school years, drawing became more important to her, and she focused on illustration. After all, high school was the place where she picked the college major. Just like so many of us surrounded by not overwhelmingly appealing urban landscape, she was realizing that more art could help to improve aesthetics, what was making her even more determined.

Gareth Coker is a Los Angeles-based composer who received his education at the Royal Academy of Music in London and at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, studying both composition and film scoring respectively. Having visited and or lived in different countries, Gareth has been influenced by many cultures which have found their place in his music. Since he moved to Los Angeles in 2009, Gareth has worked on various different projects through which he gained a foothold in the industry – with the most notable one being Ori and the Blind Forest.

Within less than a year, he was commissioned to work on a portrait of Vladimir Putin for Time Person of the Year issue. As of the beginning of this year, he’s working on commissioned portraits of Saudi Arabian royalty which are to hang in the government offices.
